An ACC request must be submitted and approved before any work is done that will modify the look and/or feel of your lot or property.
To submit an ACC request, log into the homeowner portal. From there, go to “My Account” > “ACC Requests” and click “Add New.” A helpful video describing how to create an ACC request can be found here.
